Tammy has experience with the adoption journey as a birth mom and an adoptive parent. Her passion for helping others in their adoption process, which is often a confusing, emotional, and overwhelming time, began over 30 years ago when she chose to place her twin girls for adoption.
Tammy began speaking to birth mom support groups and attending seminars to present from the birth mom perspective. After a few years, with the guidance of adoption attorneys, she started to offer personalized, compassion-oriented services for both birth moms and prospective adoptive parents.
Her hope was to help bridge the gap between birth mothers who want to place a child and families wanting to adopt. 900 families later, she is incredibly proud to continue to support that same mission.
Tammy is married to Bob, together they raised 3 wonderful kids who are now adults, and they’re lucky to have now gained two amazing son-in-laws. Tammy & Bob enjoy attending collegiate sporting events, travel, live music, & best of all loving on the many babies she has helped clients adopt who stay a big part of their lives. They also enjoy their two dogs (viszlas).

Adoption Social Worker
I have worked as an adoption social worker for five years and hold a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. My passion for adoption began through a deeply personal experience when I was with a family member in the hospital as they placed their child for adoption. I saw the courage it took and the vulnerability involved and witnessed the profound impact of having a caring social worker present during such an emotional process. I realized then how powerful advocacy can be and how much comfort it brings to have someone truly walk beside you. That moment became my calling. I made a promise to myself that no birth mother should ever feel alone, unheard, or without support during this journey. For me, adoption is far more than a profession. It is about holding space for courage, offering guidance when needed, and being a steady presence when life feels uncertain. Every step of this path matters, and I am honored to walk it with the families. I serve.
